Monica Bearden photography reserves the right to reschedule any session due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather.

Any client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session.

Monica Bearden is not responsible for behavior of parties involved with the shoot, NO MATTER THE AGE. It is hard to know how your children/s will act/behave on picture day, especially younger ones but I will do my best to pull out all my tricks for our session to go smoothly as possible. Since this is out of my control no matter the behavior/mood of the parties involed your balance will still be due at the end of the session. After the session is started, if you feel you want to try again for another time/day you must restart the booking process again from the beginning.

Please note there will be a $25 travel fee added to your session price if you want photos outside of a 20 mile radius from my home.

The rest of your balance is due at the time of the session.  

Creative Fees ARE NOT REFUNDED. If I myself cannot fulfill the date/time scheduled or if weather plays a part, your fee will be transferable to another date within the calendar year purchased. 

If you pay a deposit for a "themed" mini session such as Santa, Cotton, Fall, Easter, etc and then cancel YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, able to transfer the deposit or receive a credit for this. If I have to cancel due to weather, sickness, medical emergency, etc you will be issued a credit for another mini (excluding Santa minis) within the same calendar year. If you cancel two minis sessions within the same year, you will no longer be able to sign up for any future themed mini sessions for that same year.

If your date needs to be changed once you have booked your session, you have one reschedule allowed. You must contact me via email/text at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session. If any cancellation occurs within in the 24 hours before your session, you lose out on the session fee and need to start the rebooking process over in addition to paying a new session fee. 

For weather cancellations, you will receive an email to let you know your session needs to be cancelled. Monica Bearden has the ultimate decision on if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. If your session is cancelled due to weather, you will receive an email with a list of dates that I'm available to reschedule your session.

If you purchase a New Mommy Package you have two years from your first session (usually maternity) to complete your package. If you do not complete all five sessions with that time frame; you will forfeit the remaining sessions. 

If you purchase a gift card it is NON REFUNDABLE and not exchangable for cash. The expiration date will be on the card.

Monica Bearden has the right to refuse her services or even cancel services without refund if a situation arises where misconduct and/or feels disrespected occurs with a client.  

Monica Bearden Photography does not hold responsibility in coloring errors, print quality or cropping of images not printed directly from a professional print lab. 

Monica Bearden reserves the right to use images for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes. All images and previews remain the exclusive property of Monica Bearden Photography.

All galleries come fully edited to my best standards. If you want additional editing after your gallery is sent there will be a $30 reediting fee
